The frontend loads without issues.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then the application is deployed to production\u2014and suddenly something breaks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An API returns an error.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A database connection fails.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A file cannot be uploaded.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An environment variable is missing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A background job never runs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This situation is common, and it usually isn&#8217;t because production is \u201crandom.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The real reason is that <strong>local and production environments are rarely identical<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Understanding those differences is an important part of becoming a stronger Full Stack Developer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.
