Users shall independently verify credentials and suitability of consultants before relying upon services.
No consultation shall substitute professional medical care, emergency services, or physical examination.
SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS – DERECHO
Derecho functions as a technology and listing platform connecting Users with independent legal professionals, advocates, consultants, tax professionals, chartered accountants, and company secretaries.
The Company does not itself practice law or establish attorney-client relationships.
Any legal advice, litigation strategy, drafting, representation, or consultation shall be solely attributable to the respective third-party professional.
Users shall independently assess qualifications and suitability.

Enigma Capital is an educational and informational platform intended to improve financial literacy and awareness.
The Platform does not provide regulated investment advisory services, securities trading advice, guaranteed returns, fiduciary management, or brokerage services.

Certificates, badges, or educational recognition issued through the Platform do not constitute government accreditation unless expressly specified.
