The Platform may operate affiliate, referral, ambassador, influencer, creator, or promotional partnership programs.
Affiliates shall comply with applicable laws, advertising standards, platform policies, intellectual property restrictions, and ethical promotional practices.
Affiliates shall not:
(a) make misleading claims;
(b) guarantee outcomes;
(c) impersonate the Company;
(d) engage in spam;
(e) misuse trademarks;
(f) conduct fraudulent referrals;
(g) manipulate traffic or engagement systems.
Affiliate rewards, commissions, points, incentives, or payouts may be revised, suspended, withheld, or revoked at the Company’s discretion.
The Company reserves unrestricted rights to terminate affiliate participation without prior notice.
