Third-party vendors, merchants, suppliers, sellers, hardware providers, logistics providers, food partners, travel partners, consultants, educational providers, or service providers operating through the Platform shall remain independently responsible for:
(a) product quality;
(b) lawful operations;
(c) tax compliance;
(d) licensing obligations;
(e) warranties;
(f) fulfillment obligations;
(g) customer support obligations;
(h) statutory compliance.
The Company functions primarily as a technology platform and shall not independently guarantee vendor products or services.
Vendors shall indemnify the Company against disputes, claims, liabilities, penalties, intellectual property claims, customer complaints, regulatory actions, or losses arising from vendor conduct.
The Company reserves unrestricted rights to suspend, delist, investigate, or terminate vendors.
