The Platform may operate affiliate, referral, ambassador, influencer, creator, or promotional partnership programs. 

  • The Platform may operate affiliate, referral, ambassador, influencer, creator, or promotional partnership programs. 

  • Affiliates shall comply with applicable laws, advertising standards, platform policies, intellectual property restrictions, and ethical promotional practices. 

  • Affiliates shall not: 

  • (a) make misleading claims; 
    (b) guarantee outcomes; 
    (c) impersonate the Company; 
    (d) engage in spam; 
    (e) misuse trademarks; 
    (f) conduct fraudulent referrals; 
    (g) manipulate traffic or engagement systems. 

  • Affiliate rewards, commissions, points, incentives, or payouts may be revised, suspended, withheld, or revoked at the Company’s discretion. 

  • The Company reserves unrestricted rights to terminate affiliate participation without prior notice.
