Independent consultation providers including psychologists, advocates, consultants, doctors, educators, coaches, trainers, financial educators, therapists, and professionals operating through the Platform acknowledge and agree that:
(a) they function as independent service providers;
(b) no employment relationship exists with the Company;
(c) they are independently responsible for licenses and registrations;
(d) they shall comply with applicable laws and professional standards;
(e) they shall maintain confidentiality where required;
(f) they shall not misrepresent qualifications or outcomes.
Consultation providers shall independently assume liability for their professional advice, conduct, services, communications, representations, and interactions.
The Company reserves rights to review, suspend, investigate, remove, or terminate provider access based upon complaints, misconduct, legal risks, policy violations, reputational concerns, or operational requirements.
