The Company respects intellectual property rights and expects Users to do the same.
Any copyright owner or authorized representative believing that content available on the Platform infringes intellectual property rights may submit a takedown request containing:
(a) identification of the copyrighted work;
(b) identification of infringing material;
(c) contact information;
(d) good faith statement;
(e) declaration of authority and accuracy.
Upon receipt of valid complaints, the Company may remove, disable, restrict, investigate, or archive disputed content.
Repeat infringers may have accounts suspended or terminated.
False complaints, abusive notices, or malicious claims may result in legal consequences.
