Users uploading, streaming, publishing, broadcasting, hosting, monetizing, or distributing content through the Platform shall comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
Creators shall ensure that all content streamed or uploaded is lawful, non-infringing, non-defamatory, non-obscene, and suitable for digital distribution.
Creators shall independently obtain all permissions, licenses, synchronization rights, publishing rights, and intellectual property clearances required for uploaded content.
The Company reserves rights to:
(a) moderate streams;
(b) remove content;
(c) restrict monetization;
(d) suspend creators;
(e) archive broadcasts;
(f) investigate copyright complaints;
(g) cooperate with authorities.
The Company may monetize creator content through advertisements, subscriptions, promotions, sponsorship systems, recommendation systems, or platform engagement tools.
Creators grant the Company unrestricted rights to host, distribute, archive, reproduce, promote, analyze, modify, and monetize uploaded content.
